To begin with, you’ll find the following filters within the search bar. Each of these filters is defined below per serving based on a 2000 calorie diet.
20% of Daily Value (50g) or more; 10g or more
20% of Daily Value (25mg) or more; 5mg or more
5% of Daily Value (140mg) or less; 140mg or less
5% of 50g/sugar a day or less (10% of total calories); 2.5g or less
5% of Daily Value (300g) or less; 20g or less of net carbs
Note that we calculate whether something is low carb based on the number of net carbs per serving — we do this by subtracting fiber from carbs. Say an item has 23g carbs, but also has 13g fiber. That would make it 10g of carbs for our purposes, making it low carb on Gravy.
